HIV Estimates 2026 Templates (Naomi Users)

UNAIDS requests that countries using the Naomi Sub-national Estimation Model as part of their 2026 estimates, prepare their inputs for the model as detailed in the template files below.

Each Microsoft Excel template contains two worksheets: the first contains the column definitions and metadata, the second contains the template that should actually be filled in.
