Malawi 2020 Spectrum file, version 6

Reverted to default (Rob's survey data analysis) breastfeeding assumptions for HIV positive women on / off ART. The version 5 file had been modified, assuming identical BF duration among HIV+ and HIV- women and those on / off ART.
