Inputs to UNAIDS Estimates 2021 Templates (Naomi Users)

UNAIDS requests that countries using the Naomi Sub-national Estimation Model as part of their 2021 estimates, prepare their inputs for the model as detailed in the template files below.

An Inputs to UNAIDS Estimates Package can be created on the ADR where this data can be validated and shared prior to attending the workshops if helpful.

Each Microsoft Excel template contains two worksheets: the first contains the column definitions and metadata, the second contains the template that should actually be filled in.

Version 2.0 Release - 10th November 2020 - In the lead up to workshops for the 2021 estimates, some amendments have been made to these data templates:

• ART data: removed "art_new" field, replaced "year" field with "calendar_quarter".
• Survey indicators data: added "n_eff_kish" column, replaced "se" column with "standard_error"
• HIV Testing data: aligned the input with last year's Shiny90 HIV testing data input.
